What we collect today

This site currently uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address only to answer you.

What we never collect

We do not ask about your health, symptoms, conditions, medications, weight or goals, and we do not build advertising audiences based on health. We do not sell personal information.

When you click to a product

Product links take you to the seller's site and checkout, usually through ClickBank. From that point, the seller's and ClickBank's privacy policies apply. We receive information about the sale (for example, the order amount and our commission) but not your payment details.

Changes

If we start using cookies, analytics or ad-conversion tracking, we will update this page before doing so, describe exactly what is collected, and honor the Global Privacy Control signal and opt-out requests as required by California and other state laws.
